Nicole D. Berry- CEO and Founder of The Evolution through Mind, Body, and Spirit, LLC.

Nicole acquired her Baccalaureate degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Law.  She also acquired a dual Master’s Degree in Nursing and Health Administration, and two Post- Master’s Certifications in Family and Psychiatric Mental Health for nurse practitioner- which she is board certified in both.  Nicole began her career path as a social worker with over 13 years of experience.  She then began her nursing career as a licensed practical nurse, continuing her studies and accomplishing her goals, in becoming a nurse practitioner.  Nicole has worked with the dual-diagnosed population, in some capacity, for over 20 years. 

Willie K. Berry- Co-founder, Legal Advisor, and member of The Finance Team

Willie is the husband of Nicole and Co-founder of The Evolution.  He acquired his Paralegal degree and has worked in this field for over 25 years (under the advisement of an attorney).  Also, he is proprietor of his landscaping and snow plowing company.  Willie is a veteran of the armed forces, having proudly served in the United States Navy.  

Javon Bates- Marketing/Advertising

Javon acquired a Baccalaureate degree in Accounting and has been working for the state of Ohio for over 11 years.  He is also the founder and CEO of an entertainment company, releasing music, movies, books of poetry, and more.  Javon is a self-made visionary and has many facets to him, which embodies the ultimate visionary and entrepreneur.   His works of art and entertainment gives you the true raw perspective of his creativity as a creator of entertainment.  Javon shares his passion through whatever he does, and above all else, his success comes from his relentless motivation to succeed.   

Zaundra Brown- Accountant and member of The Finance Team

Zaundra acquired her Baccalaureate degree in Accounting, which she is a certified tax business consultant.  She is proprietor of her of own tax company, which has been in existence for over 20 years.  Zaundra empowers clients through tax education, and offering innovative quarterly seminars, covering a wide range of tax and financial topics. 

Evelyn Butler- Sales and Administration

Evelyn acquired an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree, and have been in Ministry for over 45 years.  She has studied at various Schools and Institutes in learning her craft.  She has been employed with the Department of Defense (DoD) for over 29 years.  Evelyn has counseled in areas such as marriage, singles, and children, and have served on various ministries.

Reginald Butler- Consultant and member of The Finance Team 

Reginald acquired an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree, and have provided successful Christian counseling to singles and couples, presenting with a myriad of life issues.  He has been employed with the Department of Defense (DoD) for over 25 years.   He has also traveled to 44 States to train Military, Civilian, and other Federal Government Employees on the usage of DoD financial operating systems protocols and procedures.  Reginald is a veteran of the armed forces, having proudly served in the United States Army.   

Dyuanna Calhoun- Public Relations

Dyuanna has acquired her certification as a life coach and is the proprietor of MineYourSoul.  Her coaching implements a simple process, and an organic plan of alignment, which will challenge you to go deeper than you’ve gone before.  Dyuanna is also a Resiliency Coach, who partners with women of color to provide her unique inspiration, experiences, and support to help others.

Dyuanna has brought over 25 years of experience as an Administrative Professional to the roles of PR and Office Manager. She built her career in a variety of roles and industries such as medical education, the federal government, and real estate banking, where she was not just the administrative assistant but also the “gatekeeper”, technology whiz, bookkeeper, and marketing guru.  She is used to wearing many hats and sincerely enjoys it.  She thrives in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same.

Cherron Phillips- Customer Service

Cherron acquired an Associate’s degree and Baccalaureate degree w/a concentration in Substance Abuse Counseling. She is a Social Worker for Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services, who works in a specialized department called S.T.A.R.T. (Sobriety Treatment and Recovery Team).  She is also co-pastor of a church, along with her husband, which they have acquired and founded many ministries.  She finds fulfillment in assisting parents with recovery and maintaining sobriety for the betterment of themselves and their family; along with accessing and ensuring the safety of their children. Cherron is not only driven, goal-oriented, and able to see the “bigger picture”, but also is passionate about her family.

Romero C. Phillips, Sr.- member of The Finance Team and Marketing/Advertisement

Romero acquired his business degree and is a licensed real estate agent.  He is proprietor of his landscaping and snow plowing company.  He is Co-pastor of a church, along with his wife, which they have acquired and founded many ministries.   Romero is also founder and CEO of an entertainment company, which discovers new talent and help promote them.
